Welcome to Pleasure Heals

Empowering Your Journey to Healing and Authentic Connection

Pleasure Heals was founded by Ty and Roxy, a couple with a passion for curating conscious sensuality experiences that promote nurturing, healing, learning, and growth for people of all gender expressions and abilities.

At Pleasure Heals, we are dedicated to supporting you on your journey to better sexual health and intimacy through the transformative practice of sexological bodywork and other conscious sensuality practices. Led by Ty, a Certified Sexological Bodyworker, our approach integrates both physical touch and emotional healing to help individuals address a wide range of sexual wellness concerns, including erectile dysfunction, early ejaculation, vaginismus, inorgasmia, and other intimacy-related challenges.

Sexological Bodywork is a powerful modality that combines body-based therapy with an exploration of sensuality, pleasure, and emotional well-being. Ty's extensive training in this field enables him to offer personalised, evidence-based sessions designed to meet your unique needs. Whether you're facing physical discomfort, emotional barriers, or both, our goal is to guide you toward healing, self-empowerment, and restored intimacy.

In addition to Ty's expertise, Roxy is currently studying Somatic Sex Coaching, further expanding her knowledge and skills to better support individuals on their journey toward sexual healing and self-discovery. Her training in somatic practices allows her to provide additional guidance and support through a body-centered approach to intimacy and sexual wellness. Both Ty and Roxy are also trained in Conscious Sexuality, Tantra, Reiki, and Pranic healing.

We specialise in using sexological bodywork and sex coaching to address the root causes of sexual challenges, such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, vaginismus, inorgasmia and more. Our approach focuses on both mind and body, fostering a deeper connection to your own sensuality and a renewed sense of confidence in your intimate relationships.

At Pleasure Heals, we believe in the transformative power of pleasure and healing to enhance your sexual health and intimate connections. Explore our services today and discover the support you need to unlock your full potential for conscious sensuality and sexual well-being.

What is Conscious Sensuality?

Conscious Sensuality is the practice of being fully present and aware of our senses, emotions, and body. It involves conscious communication, understanding boundaries, trauma responses, consent, and creating safety in relationships. This practice helps us connect deeply with our sensory experiences, moving beyond thoughts to embrace emotions and sensations, leading to a more balanced life.

While sexuality is a part of Conscious Sensuality, it extends beyond sexual experiences to include all of our senses, sight, taste, touch, smell, hearing, balance, movement, and internal sensations. It is a holistic approach to experiencing and expressing emotions, which can be particularly helpful for those dealing with trauma, numbness, sexual dysfunction, fatigue, or lack of intimacy.

Benefits of Conscious Sensuality

  • Heightened Sensory Experience: Deepens pleasure by being fully present with our senses.

  • Improved Intimacy: Enhances emotional connection and intimacy with others.

  • Self-Awareness: Promotes self-exploration, understanding desires, and setting boundaries.

  • Stress Relief: Reduces stress and promotes relaxation, similar to mindfulness.

  • Enhanced Communication: Encourages better communication with partners for a fulfilling relationship.

  • Body Positivity: Helps develop a positive relationship with our bodies.

  • Spiritual Connection: Some experience a deeper connection to self, others, and the universe.

Conscious Sensuality vs. Conscious Sexuality

Conscious Sensuality is not just about sexuality. It involves all forms of sensory awareness and emotional expression. While sexuality is an important aspect, Conscious Sensuality focuses on the full range of sensory experiences and their potential for personal growth, understanding, and compassion.

At Pleasure Heals, we offer a variety of Conscious Sensuality practices, with an emphasis on non-sexual experiences, helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and communication skills. Our services use one-way transmission of subtle energies from practitioner to client, enhancing body awareness and emotional connection.

Trauma and Conscious Sensuality

Trauma can be stored in the body, affecting how we experience sensations and emotions. Conscious Sensuality practices help release stored trauma, allowing for greater emotional expression and healing. We are not trauma therapists, but we are trauma-informed and value working collaboratively with allied health professionals.
